1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VIBE application ("App"), provided by Rocket Digital Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VIBE is an AI-powered video generation tool that allows users to create videos from text prompts and images using various AI models.

3. Content Moderation & Safety

We differ from other platforms by maintaining strict safety standards. By using VIBE, you agree not to generate or attempt to generate content that includes:

• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
• Violence and Gore: Realistic depictions of extreme violence or gore.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups.
• Harassment: Content intended to harass, bully, or threaten.
• Explicit Adult Content: Sexually explicit material or pornography.

Safety Filters: We employ automated safety systems and content moderation filters to detect and block prohibited content. Attempts to bypass these filters may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to review inputs and outputs to improve our safety systems.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using VIBE, subject to the license granted to us to process and host your content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the inputs (images/text) you use.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
